Livengood:
The Livengood property will expand the “S” section of the gated Glenmore community. With 40 to 45 single family homes, the Livengood Property, also referred to as Section S5, will continue Glenmore’s high standard of living with access to the Glenmore Country Club, featuring an 18-hole golf course, swimming complex and tennis courts.

Glen Oaks:
Glen Oak’s Estate Lots will represent a whole new type of residential product for Glenmore. These 5 to 6 acre lots will sit adjacent to almost 300 acres of protected open space.
